We booked Lake Katherine Nature Center & Botanic Gardens for our wedding, but it turned out to be a mistake. Getting in touch with the staff was incredibly difficult, and when we did connect with Beth who runs the venue, she was unpleasant to work with. The indoor space felt cramped and looked outdated, which didn't match what we were hoping for. The lack of support and communication made the planning process frustrating, so we ultimately decided to change venues. If you're considering this location, I'd suggest visiting in person and asking tough questions before committing. We're grateful we made the switch, as our new venue made all the difference on our wedding day.
