Generally, no. Kirkbrae is an all-inclusive venue with an award-winning on-site culinary team. They specialize in multi-course, culturally-themed menus. However, they are highly regarded for their ability to accommodate specific dietary needs (Gluten-free, Vegan, etc.) if arranged in advance.
Yes, most country clubs of this caliber require a "minimum spend" which varies depending on the day of the week and the season (Saturdays in June will have a higher minimum than Fridays in November).
