Kingston Resorts is a wedding venue located in Myrtle Beach, SC. This family-friendly resort is the perfect getaway for couples wanting to celebrate their big day in a romantic setting near the beach at our Embassy Suites Resort or our Hilton Resort. Kingston Resorts has a variety of event spaces for you to select from. Over at the Hilton, imagine exchanging vows 16 stories up, with amazing panoramic views of the Atlantic, in our spectacular Dunes Ballroom or choose to wed on our picturesque North Lawn with the beautiful sounds of crashing waves under the blue sky. Over at the Embassy Seaside Vista, this ballroom is located ATOP THE Black Drum Brewing and has a direct indoor/outdoor view of the ocean. Steps away from the Currents Lawn, another great location for the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour or reception. Our dedicated catering managers are ready to make your dream wedding into a reality at our Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach Hotel or Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort.

    Our special day

    The hilton / Kingston resorts made our day one to remember. From initial planning with Tara , through her aid throughout our quick transitions, to the day of / weekend of banquet and event staff. Everyone ensured our day went smoothly as possibly ans as we desired. Thank you

All alcoholic beverages must be solely supplied by Resort and only dispensed by Resort employees. The Resort is required by the State of South Carolina to request proper identification and refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who fails to present proper identification or who, at the Resort’s sole judgement, appears to be intoxicated. No outside food or beverage is allowed in Resort’s event spaces.
Yes we offer valet and self parking
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Standard wedding reception setup includes 66” round tables & banquet chairs for guests, white or black tablecloths and napkins, three tier candlelit centerpiece topped with a white floating candle, Dance Floor, all glassware, silverware, tables for food service (if required), dishware used to serve and display food, and a bar set up (if required).
Your wedding event can be up to 5 hours starting with 1-hour cocktail reception and 4-hour wedding reception.
All payments are non-refundable unless there is an act of God which prevents us from being able to host your event. We will gladly reschedule at no charge depending on availability.
It depends. If you are using a vendor not listed on our preferred vendor list, we will require their Business License & Liability Insurance Coverage. If the vendor does not have a Business License or Liability Insurance Coverage, they (or you) will need to purchase Single Event or Day of General Liability Insurance, up to $2,000,000 coverage. This insurance policy protects you in the event you or your guests are injured or cause property damage or damage to their equipment. We suggest starting with an insurance company you already use. Most of them offer Day of General Liability Insurance. You can also check out www.wedsafe.com.
