Classic barn doors open up to endless possibilities where you will dance the night away.

The Barn is our largest indoor space and can accommodate up to 200 people. A great space for dancing and entertainment. The Barn has a stage and large barn doors on three sides that open to create a more spacious setting. Outside the barn, a freestanding fireplace is perfect for gatherings, and a large field offers space for yard games and food trucks.

Oak Tree

The center of camp- the building at the heart of your weekend. The Lodge simply is CAMP, from the canoe paddles to the warm fireplace. Welcome home.

Kokatosi Lodge sits in the heart of Kingsley Pines and offers a central location for many kinds of events. With a capacity of approximately 100 people, the space is ideal for cocktails and dancing, wedding ceremonies, and receptions. A large covered porch is ideal for cocktail hour and overlooks Panther Pond and our iconic oak tree. A working central fireplace completes the cozy atmosphere for late-night fun on any occasion.

We are primarily a children's summer camp, so we can offer only 10 event weekends per year.

Yes, we have parking at our sports field for both guests staying on the property and day guests.

Our venue is fully insured. We require the couple to obtain special event insurance for their weekend, including host liquor liability coverage.
Exclusive use of Kingsley Pines facility (Thursday - Sunday, or Friday - Monday on holiday weekends) Typical "Summer Camp" activities include tennis, softball, beach volleyball, basketball, etc. Use of all equipment is included. Tables, chairs, and benches are available for your use. Limited use of kitchen facilities, including access to ice machine, walk-in cooler, countertops, and large charcoal grill. Kingsley Pines staff are available in the office from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight throughout your weekend for guests. Trash and recycling disposal.
