Our peak season typically runs from April through December

Generally, we do not allow outside alcohol into our spaces. If you have a special bottle of wine you'd like to bring in, we allow up to 4 bottles per event, with a corkage fee of $25/bottle. We have an extensive wine selection, including vintage wines.
No, we do not. There are neighboring parking lots including Lot O (125 O St SE, Washington, DC 20003) and a lot adjacent to Dock 79's dog park (71 Potomac Ave SE, Washington, DC 20003). Street parking is subject to availability and city restrictions.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We have a ramp at the main entrance, and an accessible bathroom located within Jackie Restaurant.
Some of our spaces have venue fees. Venue fees account for customization of a given space for your event, including set up, clean up, and rearrangement of tables & chairs.
Our standard event time is 2-3 hours, depending on client preference. Additional time is subject to availability and Events Manager's discretion. If you are needing a space for an extended period of time, please reach out to us.
A non-refundable deposit in the amount equal to either $1,000 or 10% of the Minimum Spend, whichever is higher, is required at contract signing or 30 days prior to the event whichever is earlier. If we do not receive the deposit by the due date, it is understood that you have sourced alternative arrangements, and your booking will be automatically released. All amounts due are outlined in client's specific Event Proposals.
We allow outside desserts to be brought into our space for a fee of $2.50/person. We will store your dessert for you in our fridges, as well as present, slice, and serve it. We provided utensils and tableware.
With advanced notice, we allow most decorations. Please connect with your Events Manager for specifics on drop off, set up, and pick up for any additional decorations you're interested in bringing into our space.
