With tons of natural light, beautiful brick walls, and restored wood floors, Forest Hall makes the perfect space for parties, showers, small and large weddings, corporate lunches and dinners, conferences, fundraising dinners and more. Central to Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Durham, Cary, Apex, and Raleigh, our location is a perfect meeting place for those coming from around the Triangle. 32 acres of lush forest surround the old mill, giving you all the space and privacy you need and offering the feel of being in the woods of North Carolina, yet minutes from anything you need.

      Forest Hall at Chatham Mills offers a captivating blend of historic charm and industrial refinement. The main space, Forest Hall, is a stunning setting defined by original wooden floors, warm exposed brick walls, and massive windows that flood the room with natural light. Exposed beams crisscross the ceiling, adorned with romantic market lights, creating an atmosphere that is both timeless and effortlessly elegant. This versatile interior can be thoughtfully arranged to accommodate distinct areas for both a celebratory dining experience and a vibrant dance party. Outside, the venue unfolds across 32 secluded acres of woods and meadows. Couples can exchange vows beneath the stunning, towering Sycamore tree in the picturesque outdoor ceremony space, surrounded by lush gardens and historic mill structures. This photographer's dream location ensures ample beautiful backdrops, rain or shine.
