While the hotel can accommodate larger standing cocktail crowds, the maximum capacity for a traditional seated wedding reception with a dance floor is 140 to 160 guests. This restriction applies equally to both the indoor Grand Cru Ballroom and the outdoor Sky Terrace Lawn.
The hotel requires a weather-contingency plan for all events utilizing the 9th-floor Sky Terrace Lawn. If the forecast turns sour, your outdoor setup will be cleanly pivoted into the Grand Cru Ballroom and Pre-Function Space, which your on-site Event Manager will finalize with you roughly 24 to 48 hours beforehand.
No. Because the venue's entire brand identity is anchored on fine gastronomy, all food and beverage must be supplied in-house by the hotel's award-winning culinary team. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited due to hotel liquor licensing. If you have particular dietary restrictions or custom menu enhancement requests, please let us know, and we will connect with our Chef to see how we can best accommodate!
Yes. Rather than charging high flat venue rentals, Epicurean Atlanta works primarily off a Food & Beverage (F&B) Minimum. These minimums fluctuate significantly depending on the day of the week and the season, but typically range from $10,000 to $25,000+ for weekend dates.
Yes, valet parking is available at a special event rate of $25. Overnight valet is also offered at $55 per night. We do not offer in-and-out privileges or self-parking.
