About this venue
Eagle Dancer Ranch wedding venue is conveniently and perfectly located along the banks of the famous Guadalupe River north of Boerne, Texas, and just east of the town of Sisterdale, Texas. Established in 1874, Eagle Dancer Ranch is a protected wildlife habitat and has been recognized by the Texas Forest Service as a devoted forestry steward of its more than 50 native tree species and plants to create a complete Texas Arboretum of native trees and shrubs. We offer an indoor barn for reception and multiple ceremony cites including a river side site for smaller ceremonies!

Wedding Package
One hour of rehearsal and we only do rehearsals if the date before the event is available, 4 hours of dress/prep time in Casa Blanca for the Bride and in Cantina for the Groom, 6 hours of event time (starting when the ceremony begins, or if no ceremony, starting when guests are scheduled to arrive).
- One hour of rehearsal.
- 4 hours of dress/prep time.
- 6 hours of event time.
- Midnight is usually latest time for reception.
- Linens- white polyester.
- White resin folding chairs with cushions.

Beautiful Venue
Ceremony was held down among the oak trees; reception in the barn. Received many compliments from guests on how beautiful the venue was. Venue manager and wedding coordinator were both wonderful to work with.
