The answer to this depends on the "event" insurance that is purchased for your event. If the insurance allows for alcohol then as long as Texas law is followed it is allowed
We do have parking available at the venue
This is a ranch and many of the areas are outdoors which can be accessed but may not be fully accessible to wheel chairs
Our base rate includes the grounds surrounding the main house, access to the wagon house, with full bathroom, as a bridal suite and access to an additional 2 bedroom unit for bathrooms and changing if needed
Your reservation includes 8 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. 50% is due at signing of contract and final payment is required 6 weeks before the event.
We are 30 miles West of the San Antonio Airport. Taxi, Uber and Lyft all service this area.
Our venue has insurance, but if you are having alcohol then supplemental insurance is required.
Max wedding is 120 people with no more than 50 cars
This is a ranch wedding and everything is outdoors, except for the 2 units for changing and bathroom use. If inclement weather is forecast then a rental tent is recommended.
Yes, the main house can be added to the event if guests need to stay overnight
