Originally envisioned as a Girl Scout Camp in the 1930s and set on its own peninsula within Lake of the Ozarks State Park, Camp Pin Oak has been the backdrop for decades of lake fun—from making friendship bracelets to saying "I do." We provide the perfect setting, and you handle the rest! It’s truly that simple. With an industrial-grade kitchen, a stunning waterfront amphitheater, a charming rustic lodge, and accommodations for the bridal party, our venue gives you the best of both worlds: a picturesque location and the freedom to choose your own catering, DJ, ceremony style, and more!

CCC-Style Lodge

Framed by two immaculate fireplaces, the lodge exemplifies rustic elegance at its finest.

Built in the 1930s by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC), and meticulously rebuilt in 2013 after a devastating fire, our lodge exemplifies craftsmanship at its finest. On each end, you will find a grand stone fireplace, each wall, stunning timber, and above you, hand-crafted light fixtures. In the back, we have an industrial-grade kitchen with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Outside, you'll find a large patio with umbrella seating!

A lakeview ceremony area with plenty of ways to personalize.

Surrounded by lush trees and a glimpse of the lake, our outdoor ceremony space will certainly make a wonderful setting for your wedding photos. With plenty of room for all of your favorite people, a wooden stage, and long benches, there are a million and one ways to make this space your own. In the event of poor weather, the CCC lodge also makes for a wonderful ceremony space!

You are more than welcome to bring your own alcohol! We simply ask that you sign a permit prior to your arrival.
Yes! With the privacy of your own "pin"insula, you are more than welcome to fill the space with the sounds of your choosing!
As we are located within Lake of the Ozarks State Park, we do not allow explosives on property. If you are looking for another fire-related activity, we highly recommend gathering around the campfire!
We ask that if you use the kitchen, that it is returned to the state that you found it in, i.e. clean utensils, cookware, dishes, surfaces, etc. In the main lodge, please return all tables and benches to their original spots and sweep the floor. We also ask that you place all of your trash in the dumpster on property. That's it!
While we want you to get the most out of your special day, we ask that you refrain from throwing rice or petals. Thank you!
We love the energy here. Unfortunately, it is against our policy to have sidewalk chalk used on property. May we suggest a friendship bracelet making station instead?
Yes! Firewood can be provided at an extra charge. We also ask that you keep the fires to their designated places: the pit outside the lodge and grills outside of the cabins.
We love showing off our amazing venue! We gladly give showings on a regular basis. To schedule a showing, please call (573) 745-5807 or email us at camppinoak@goexplorus.com.
Free parking for all, but no parking on the grass.
We ask that you only use twine, rope, or tape to secure your decorations.
You can rent anytime during the year. Just let us know when your preferred dates.
For our weekend package, the deposit is $1500. For smaller amounts, it would be 50% of your contract total.
If you cancel within 90 days or less of the event, the event is non-refundable.
