Bloom & Bounty is a 108-year-old historic home and flower farm in urban Nashville located in the heart of Green Hills, perfect for intimate weddings, elopements, and rehearsal dinners. Host your event surrounded by seasonal blooms and vintage charm, with the option to add our a la carte, farm-grown wedding florals for a truly personal and romantic celebration. Outdoors can hold up to 50 guests, while inside seating is limited to 25 comfortably.

    Just what I envisioned

    Meredith's place was more than I could've hoped for. She was unbelievably kind and accommodating, both on the day of the event and with rental delivery and pickups. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the space was, and it truly is. Her backyard was the perfect backdrop for our small spring wedding, and the inside is perfectly curated as well. We had plenty of space for setting up and storing things during the event which made everything a breeze. It truly is the perfect place for events and gatherings. I can not say enough kind things about the overall experience - I definitely would recommend this space to anyone looking.


Your rental includes access to our 108-year-old historic home and surrounding flower farm—a one-of-a-kind, old-world setting for intimate weddings, elopements, and rehearsal dinners. This is a raw space rental. We do not provide linens, food or bar service, event coordination, prep, or cleanup services.
Yes! You're welcome to bring in any licensed vendors you choose, including catering, bartenders, planners, and rental companies.
Absolutely. Tents, tables, chairs, vintage furniture, and other decor are all welcome. Setup and breakdown must occur within your reserved rental time unless additional hours are booked in advance. (All tents must be secured with weights vs in-ground staking so as not to damage underground pipes)
While we are primarily an urban flower farm & floral design studio, floral design is not included with the venue rental, but you can easily add wedding florals through Bloom & Bounty, our on-site company. We offer a la carte florals like bouquets, centerpieces, and ceremony pieces—all made with our own seasonal blooms. Inquire for pricing and availability.
The venue is $250 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. Please account for all setup and cleanup time when reserving. All activity—including vendor load-in and load-out—must happen within your booked window.
Yes. A $400 cleaning fee is required for all rentals. This covers deep cleaning and restoration of the property after your event. All personal items, trash, and rentals must be removed by the end of your reservation.
Yes. We require a Short Term Event Liability Insurance policy for your event, with us named as an additional insured. This is a standard policy you can obtain easily online, and it protects both you and us in case of unexpected incidents.
Our space is ideal for small gatherings and can comfortably accommodate up to 25 guests indoors or more outdoors, depending on your setup and event style.
