This space features about 12,000 square-foot of formal garden and gazebo next to a spectacular swimming pool. it can be used for all kind of special occasions, including weddings, and anniversaries. There is an additional room for the bride to get ready that comes with a separate powder room.

We couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the venue. It is so beautiful and serene, that we didn't want to leave. The floral arrangements were just breath taking and I couldn't believe how fresh the flowers were. We will definitely use Belles Fleurs & Dessins for future events.

I have ordered several times for both work and personal from Belles Fleurs & Dessins. All I can say is that the arrangements are absolutely beautiful and so fresh. I have never experienced such beautiful arrangements that last longer than your typical flower shop. The customer service is excellent and delivery has always been on time. Belles Fleurs & Dessins did a fabulous job with my milestone birthday celebration. Her attention to detail and making my vision come to fruition helped with all my anxiety. Quality of her flowers were superb and they stayed fresh for weeks. Venue was just breathtaking with beautiful sunset views for perfect pictures. Grazing table was mind blowing and so pretty that we just wanted to keep looking and not eat. I would highly recommend for your next event. You won’t regret it!

Yes, valet parking is available at the rate of $35 for up to 24 hours. We do not offer in-and-out privileges or self-parking.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessibl along with an elevator for the bride room.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have an elevator access to the bridal suite.

Starting rental fee includes the raw outside space. We can provide exquisite floral arrangements and sensational catering services on extra charges depending upon the choice selected.

Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $500 per hour.

Our building is located 13 miles away from Lexington Ky Bluegrass airport .You can reach our venue by public transportation or by private car or taxi.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

You would have to sign our contract and abide by the rules and regulations.

Yes we have an exquisite catering service perfect for your special event. Price depends upon the choice of menu that you select.
