About this venue

It’s hard to beat Bandon for beauty Average summertime temperatures are in the low 70’s. Our main hall is the Cypress Room, named for the majestic trees that line the entrance to the golf course and provide a picturesque setting for our club house. Three large glass doors at the end of the room offer wonderful views and can be opened in good weather to allow for an indoor/outdoor wedding. You can even spread out onto our events lawn. The Cypress Room can seat 100 people at tables for a reception, with plenty of room for a dance floor. The wedding ceremony can be held outdoors in good weather, or indoors in the comfort of a completely conditioned space. It's just a short drive to the beach if that's where you want to be married, overlooking the ocean, and then head to Bandon Crossings for the reception. There is a large guest house available on premises, A Home on the Range, which sleeps up to 16 people, and is the perfect accompaniment to the event center.

The Cypress Room at beautiful Bandon Crossings Golf Course

The Cypress Room features rustic open beam ceilings and chandeliers. One wall opens to the beautiful outdoor setting of the golf course and wetlands. Your event can expand outside to take advantage of the lovely setting and moderate weather, or remain comfortably inside if the weather is less than inviting. Large glass doors allow for great views if the weather is a little chilly and also open to the beautiful outdoors to expand the wedding space.

    Wedding 2026

    From the moment we started planning, Brant and the team at Bandon Crossings Golf Course and Cypress Room Weddings made us feel heard and supported every step of the way. Their communication was straightforward and thoughtful, which took so much stress out of the planning process. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and everything was set up with such care and precision that our day ran smoothly from start to finish. The bartending staff brought real energy to the celebration and genuinely wanted to make sure our guests had a great time. We still can't stop thinking about our golden hour photos with the golf cart—they captured the elegance and beauty of the space perfectly. We'd recommend this venue to any couple looking for a refined, well-organized celebration in a gorgeous setting.

    Beautiful venue

    We had our wedding at Bandon Crossings Golf Course and couldn't have been happier with our choice. From our first conversation through the big day, the team communicated with us in a straightforward way that made planning feel easy. The Cypress Room and outdoor reception area provided a beautiful space with everything we needed, and the golf course itself created a stunning backdrop for our ceremony. The staff really went above and beyond to make our event special, taking care of details we didn't even know to think about. Our guests raved about the plenty of parking, restrooms, and space to move around comfortably throughout the evening. We felt taken care of from start to finish and would highly recommend this venue to any couple.

    Bandon Crossings Golf Course Wedding!

    From the first communication we had with the staff at Bandon Crossings, we knew we made the right choice! They were enthusiastic about our vision and answered every question we had with warmth and genuine care. The venue itself was stunning, with just a few added decorations to the Cypress Room! Our wedding on the first tee provided an elegant backdrop for our ceremony and reception, and the grounds are absolutely perfect for photos. What really impressed us was how much value they offered—the pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise fees sneaking up on us. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful everything was and how smoothly the day flowed. Renting the house for our out of town guests made it simple and carefree for those traveling to share our special day! We were even able to share a round of golf with some of our guests the day of the wedding! Walked out the door of the house onto the course! This was unlike any other wedding we’ve been to, our guests agreed it was the most beautiful and enjoyable wedding ever! We're thrilled with our decision and would absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for a wonderful venue with a team that truly cares about making your day special.

You will have the Cypress room for the entire day of your wedding. Depending upon our other events, it may be available the evening before aw well.

Add to the experience with a pre-wedding golf outing which allows for fun and bonding. Special group rates and prizes help make it a memorable part of the Big Event. Golf for 4 with cart and range balls are included in the package.
A wedding on the beach followed by a reception at the Cypress Room can also be a wonderful option. A permit will be needed only if you have over 50 people or want to setup furniture or decorations. See the Oregon State website for more information. There are several great beaches we can recommend.

We are right on Highway 101, about 45 minutes from the North Bend Airport. We recommend a car for transportation.
We want you to feel comfortable with our venue before you book. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
We want you to feel comfortable with our venue before you book. The package Deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your date then you will lose your deposit. There is the option to transfer it to a different date, but it must be approved by Bandon Crossings. Balance of Package Price is due 60 days prior to event date. If you need to cancel your event once you have made this payment, you will NOT get a refund of the package price. Final head count and Payment for Beverages are due 30 days before the event date. If you cancel the event after these deadlines, then you will receive a refund on only security deposit.
