At the heart of the UCLA Campus is where ASUCLA Event Services hosts some of the most exquisite weddings in West Los Angeles. As a part of Associated Students UCLA, we have a variety of indoor and outdoor venues to offer our wedding clients, as well as a multitude of services at our fingertips. From our in-house house caterers that can create a menu that will tempt your taste buds, to our in-house custom printing services that can add all those personalized touches for you and your guests, we truly are a one-stop shop for your wedding. ASUCLA is a not-for-profit organization, so every dollar your spend with us goes back to helping us fulfill our mission and vision of helping to create strong, long-lasting memories for every member of the UCLA Community.

Ackerman Grand Ballroom

The Ackerman Grand Ballroom is the campus' largest open floor venue with a built-in stage, featuring a 40' x 25' stage and allowing for a capacity of 2200 people. A successful event is that special time and place where a beautiful room like Ackerman Grand Ballroom, delicious food and receptive audience culminate into an atmosphere where people can meet, exchange ideas or just sit back and enjoy each other's company.
