Adams Ave is perfect for a ceremony + reception with 175 guests or less, with a max seated capacity of 200. With 6,100 square feet of open space, the theater is available for any creative ideas that come to mind! The famous marquee that still adorns the building’s façade is a nod to the historic bones – providing a sense of nostalgia when staring up at the lights…or down at the original terrazzo, the perfect historic touch for any occasion!

All of our rental packages provide a seamless 10-hour day at the venue, including a 5-hour event, 4 hours of pre-event setup, and 1 hour designated for breakdown. If your celebration requires more time, additional hours may be added for an hourly rate.
