1 C Barn is an elegantly rustic custom home/retreat surrounded by 15 acres of land in picturesque Colorado. With timbers sourced out of the Black Forest burn, siding from the original land homesteader, and beetle kill pine throughout the interior, it holds a refined country barn ambiance. 1 C Barn has been specifically designed for intimate, simple, and fun gatherings up to 65 people (maximum capacity)

The Barn

1 C Barn is surrounded by 15 acres of land and was designed for an intimate gathering of family and friends for your special day. A stunning timber-framed 4 bedroom/4 bath new home with 1400sf of open space on the main level with all hardwood floors, featuring a full gourmet kitchen, fireplace; sitting area, and two story main gathering area as well as a circular staircase to a private honeymoon suite-loft housing a king size bed, cozy fireplace, and 5 piece bathroom with a freestanding tub and double-head walk-in shower.

If Guest plans to host any portion of their event outdoors a “Plan B” is strongly encouraged especially in the summer months as storms can come up quickly and make conditions both unsafe and unenjoyable for outdoor activities. An outdoor event can be planned to move inside with some re-arranging.

1 C Barn offers onsite parking in designated areas ONLY. These areas are unpaved areas. It is the guest’s responsibility to effectively communicate where vendors and guests are to park. There is limited parking, so reasonable carpooling is advised. Overflow parking is available on our dirt road. To date we have always had room for all the weddings we've hosted.

1 C Barn is a privately owned property. No trespassing or walk-in visits are allowed by guests, vendors, or the public at any time. Tours are by appointment only and strictly enforced. Guests, who have a Contract with 1 C Barn, may request a “Pass” to gain access to the property for purposes of planning for their event, by contacting Staff only.

Yes, you can bring your own alcohol. During the reception, it will need to be dispensed by a licensed and insured bartender. We can provide recommendations for this, but are also always open to working with new vendors if you have someone you like.
