Description	I manage the entire wedding planning process from inception to execution, providing comprehensive support every step of the way. My services include budget development, venue scouting and selection, vendor sourcing and hiring, contract coordination, timeline development, and detailed logistical planning.	I specialize in intimate events (usually under 20) that blend luxury with personalized, high-detail experiences. I offer services like intimate venue sourcing, budget management and vendor curation, often managing, organizing, and coordinating, or providing "low-ping" or "small micro packages" to finalize details.	I will create detailed timelines and event layouts, manage vendor communication and logistics, conduct budget check-ins, and provide on-site coordination to ensure every detail comes together smoothly on your wedding day.	I’ll coordinate all wedding-day logistics from vendor arrival through the final send-off, oversee the ceremony, and manage the bridal party to keep everything organized and running smoothly.

BOOK IF YOU WANT YOUR WEDDING DAY EFFORTLESS!
Gina was absolutely AMAZING! I booked her about 6 weeks before my wedding and I could not have been more grateful for everything she did. She made the last steps of my wedding so easy and really took the edge off. I just can’t imagine having done my wedding day without Gina there. Zola only allows a 5 star review but I’d give Gina 20 stars in a heartbeat!

Gina is Amazing!
Gina was amazing. She communicated well. She arrived early for our service which is much appreciated. She was professional and personable. She was able to marry us on the day we wanted (a Sunday) and was ok with us having a simple ceremony. She was willing to do more but we didn’t need anything extra and that was ok. Her fee is cheaper than others and I feel like she is way better than anyone else would’ve been. If you are looking for an officiant, she is the one. I will recommend her to anyone needing someone to marry them and their significant other.
