    Best Day of Coordinator & Wedding Decor

    Planning a wedding can be a very stressful process but Jacinth made sure my questions and concerns were her top priority in order to give me a stress free experience. She was always easy to teach and super informative. The decorations were beautiful and exactly as I envisioned. If she couldn’t find something, she made it herself. I loved every detail.

    Jazzy superseded our vision for our wedding. She was extremely organized and paid attention to detail. Everyone could not stop talking about how beautiful our wedding was. You will not regret working with her!

I have been planning events since 1992 way before I started doing it professionally in 2006. We have planned, decorated many events over the years. We are not limited to just coordinating. We offer the complete package. From coordinating to decorating, to day of concierge etc. We also offer personal concierge for the bride so she can enjoy the journey from engagement to wedding day. For example, setting up massages, personal things for the couple to enjoy together, girls night out for bridal party. etc.
Jazzys Interior Designs & Event Planning has an executive team of 4 who is responsible for design, but also source additional help when needed depending on the task. We also source the help of other vendors to achieve the best results for our clients.
Our company plan other events like showers ( baby, wedding), rehearsal dinners, girls night out, private dinners, picnics in the park or home, birthday parties, (children/adults), vow renewals, sweet 16, Quit-ce-a-ne-ra, graduation parties etc.
Our goal is to make sure the couple is satisfied. We take time to listen to every detail or dream. The couple sets the pace.
It depends on the event. There are times when s simple set up is needed for an event, so a small team is needed to accomplish that task along with a larger event on the same day or weekend which will require a larger team. However, every client is treated with the same courtesy and is staffed appropriately.
Our response is always the same: No budget is too small. However, your event will reflect your budget.
Usually that's our practice. We make it as easy as possible throughout the who process so the couple do not have to be stressed. We work along with the couple to make sure every detail is accomplish.
Yes we customized all of our centerpieces. They are approved before the wedding day. Unless the couple desires something else.
We have a selective supply of linen, back drop stands, centerpiece stands, chargers, etc.
We offer a in person consultation.
We offer destination services such as decoration, coordinations etc.
If that's a services the couple needs we will work with the couple to find the perfect fit.
