Hello! I am Catalina Barrera, the heart behind Got It Covered Event Planning! From an early age, I was surrounded by the magic of the wedding and events world. Growing up with my mother in the industry, I spent countless hours watching love stories come to life—from the meticulous behind-the-scenes planning to the final send-off when every detail has fallen perfectly into place. Her company, Got It Covered Events in San Antonio, Texas, taught me the in's and out's of what it takes to have a successful event. Those early experiences sparked a passion in me and inspired me to create Got It Covered Event Planning.

To continue my passion for creating memorable events, I studied at the University of Central Florida at the Rosen College for hospitality management. There, I graduated in 2023 with my bachelor's degree in entertainment management. My background in the industry has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional events—and my commitment to excellence ensures that every wedding I plan is not only beautiful, but thoughtfully executed. I pride myself on organization, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm and focused no matter how many moving pieces the day brings.

Description	This package encompasses the creation, designing, and production of the perfect day. Got It Covered will assist with vendor research, scheduling appointments, creating wedding invites and much more!	The tulip package is designed for the couple who want a more private and intimate wedding ceremony. Celebrating with those near and dear, this event is typically organized for 50 people or less. This service provides a flexibility to accommodate every detail a couple might need.	This package is unique in the sense that a client can make this service into whatever they may need. This service will help answer questions like, “what is the wedding playlist? What flowers will be flipped to reception décor? What should the lighting be in the venue?” With this package, the clients may rest easy knowing Got It Covered will attend final vendor meetings and venue walk throughs, ensuring everything is happening according to plan.	With the big day just around the corner, this package is here to help with all of the final details! Got It Covered will coordinate with your vendors to finalize every element necessary for a successful day. To take any stress away from the important day, Got It Covered will be there from the start to finish.
