Hi, I’m Amy! I’m the CEO of Flourish Event Co. The first event I ever planned was a surprise party in 2nd grade... I even got the principal in on it. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to be part of event teams and to establish a team of my own. I’ve traveled all over the U.S. coordinating nonprofit events, weddings and intimate gatherings. My favorite part about planning weddings is being a part of your family for the day. Think of me as your sister or bestie but with no strings or stress attached. It’s my greatest joy and mission to make all the details of your big day come together so you feel truly celebrated.

    Exceptional in Every Way—Couldn’t Recommend More

    Amy and the entire Flourish Event Co. team were simply incredible. Honestly, we don’t know how we would have planned our wedding without them! Amy is the perfect mix of professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind—she made the whole process feel fun and less stressful. From day one, she was our guiding light, answering every question and handling every detail with grace and expertise. She anticipated needs before we even knew we had them, and her calm, reassuring presence kept us grounded during what can be a hectic time. On our wedding day, Amy and her team were by our side every step of the way, making sure everything flowed seamlessly and effortlessly. She truly went above and beyond in every way, from helping coordinate vendors to managing the timeline with precision—we felt so cared for and supported throughout.     Highly recommend!

    I wish there were more than 5 stars to give Amy and her team. She helped plan our destination wedding in Colorado and it was fabulous. She helped tremendously with local vendors and making sure that the day flowed well. She went along with my crazy idea to get married in the snow and helped make the day perfect. Cannot recommend this sweet group of people enough!


It may seem like an extra expense to have a day of coordinator on-site assisting with your big day, but trust us, your venue has your best interest in mind. As your day-of-coordinator, we assist with the flow of your event. We also make sure that all your vendors arrive and get to work. It’s our job to bring your vision to life by making sure that every element of your day actually happens! Our job is to care about the little details and to also help host and cultivate the big picture atmosphere of your event.
Yes! We’ve coordinated weddings and events in WA, OR, CA, IN, FL, AZ and CO. We provide consultations to assist with any part of your planning process and we are also available to travel to your event.
We offer three packages! Day-of-Coordination, Month-of-Coordination and Full-Coordination.
We’ve unofficially been planning events for over 15 years. However, Flourish Event Co. was founded in 2018. This business was originally a side-hustle that quickly grew into a full time job! Our past experiences include coordinating non-profit mission trips internationally and around the United States, coordinating warming/night shelters for the homeless, coordinating foster family and children nightly support groups and events as well as coordinating over 100 weddings/corporate events.
Yes! Most venues require insured coordinators. We are!
Our team has grown! Your initial inquiry call will always be with our CEO, Amy. Our team is comprised of five awesome girls: Megan, Mallory, Lauren and Amelia. We all tag-team events and work together to bring your day to life. You can learn more about our team soon - we’re updating bio’s and getting a group photo in early 2022! Stay tuned!
We get it! One of our favorite things about assisting with weddings is becoming your friend and advocate. By spending time chatting with you and getting to know you and your partner, we’re able to show up with your best interest in mind. We know what’s stressing you out and we know the things you’re most excited about. It may sound corny, but we’re really invested in your love story and feel honored to be a part of it.
We're so excited to be working with you! Now that you’ve signed your contract we’ll follow-up with a time for your first consultation. These consultation meetings are a great chance for us to get to know each other and for us to ask you a million questions. During these meetings we often find your stressors and areas that may need additional thought or assistance. Haven’t thought about what happens to your cake after you cut your first slice? Haven’t thought about your grand exit? We’ll help you with each step of your big day and make sure that you feel completely confident and excited about every detail.
