It’s a love story — Steamboat Springs became home in 2019 when I moved to my now-husband’s hometown. Planning weddings for friends sparked a passion for creating meaningful, personalized experiences—from custom graphics to floral design. Mentorship with Alex Mathisen of SoulSpark Events shaped the hands-on, detail-driven approach I bring to Evergold Events Collective. As a former bride and local planner, I focus on intentionality, creativity, and connection, helping couples craft unforgettable celebrations, from mountaintop elopements to full wedding weekends.

Planning your own wedding but want expert guidance along the way? Designed for the hands-on couple, this package lets you lead while we refine every detail. We’ll shape your vision, connect you with trusted vendors, review contracts, and build a seamless timeline. As your day approaches, we’ll direct the rehearsal and manage the wedding day so you can feel calm, confident, and fully present.

You’ve planned your day, now let us bring it to life. This service begins at least two months before your celebration, tying together every detail with care. We’ll review vendor contracts, finalize logistics, craft your timeline, and oversee the day itself so everything flows seamlessly. We offer enhanced “day-of” services because your vision deserves thoughtful preparation and flawless execution.

Before booking, we’ll begin with a kickoff consultation to explore your wedding vision and planning scope, and to outline how we’ll collaborate throughout the process. Once you book, you’ll have immediate access to communication and support. Each package includes a set number of consultations. Of course, we can always add additional meetings or services if you’d like more hands-on support, but most couples find this structure leaves them feeling calm, confident, and fully prepared by wedding day. And rest assured we’re always just a text or email away for quick questions or advice whenever you need it.
Yes! We love being part of your full celebration. Engagement parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, welcome gatherings, and farewell brunches can all be added to any package. Many of our full-service couples choose to make their wedding a full weekend experience, and we have extensive experience planning multi-day celebrations that flow seamlessly from start to finish.
Lucky for you, we’ve been planning weddings for years—even before formally launching Evergold Events Collective. From intimate elopements and backyard celebrations to full-scale tented ranch weddings, we’ve curated a range of meaningful, beautifully executed events across Steamboat Springs and beyond. We’re also fortunate to be mentored by a seasoned, decade-strong planning business, gaining hands-on experience, guidance, and insider expertise that continually refines our craft.
You’ll work directly with Karina, Evergold’s founder and lead planner, throughout your entire planning journey. She’ll be your main point of contact—handling every detail, guiding decisions, and ensuring your vision comes to life seamlessly. If your wedding day execution requires extra hands, Evergold’s team of experienced coordinators will be on-site to provide dedicated support and ensure everything flows effortlessly from start to finish.
