Scam Artist
Events by Ellie Bean was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Their communication style can only be described as non-existent - they simply did not show up for any of our scheduled meetings or calls. The quality of their work and overall value was equally poor, as they failed to provide any of the services they were contracted for. In fact, they did not show up on our wedding day at all, leaving us to scramble to find last-minute replacements for all the tasks they were supposed to handle. To make matters worse, they have refused to refund any of the money we paid them, despite their complete failure to fulfill their obligations. Ellie Bean is clearly running a total scam and I would strongly caution any couple against hiring this vendor.
