Transform inspiration boards and translate them into a cohesive theme, assisting with the selection of linens, tablescapes, and layout elements, creating functional floor plans, keep you on track with monthly checklists, budget guidance, and the timeline creation, all day of items included in the day of coordinator pricing

Arriving on event day to supervise vendor load-in, manage and creation of timeline, cue transitions (ceremony, speeches, dances, etc.), and troubleshoot issue, floor plan creation and management, Handling any final vendor questions and distributing any additional gratuities if provided, Coordinating breakdown, ensuring rental items are secured for pickup, and collecting personal items for client pickup.
