A Day-Of Coordinator executes your wedding plan, managing vendors, logistics, and timing so you can relax and celebrate. While called "day-of," service with Arch Events begins weeks before your date. We take over vendor communication, review contracts, conduct a venue walkthrough, and build a master timeline. From leading your rehearsal to managing setup, cueing the ceremony, and securing personal items at the end of the night, we ensure your wedding day runs flawlessly.
Yes! A venue coordinator works directly for the venue. Their priority is managing venue staff, building rules, and facility logistics. As your personal Day-Of Coordinator, Arch Events works directly for you. We handle your personal items (decor setup, place cards, favor displays), keep your entire vendor team aligned, cue the bridal party, manage the timeline, and handle any personal needs throughout the day.
Our standard Day-Of package includes up to 10 hours of continuous on-site coordination. We typically arrive 2 to 3 hours before your ceremony to oversee vendor arrivals and setup, and we stay through the reception to manage your grand exit and oversee venue cleanup. Need additional hours or early morning morning coverage? We can easily customize coverage to fit your timeline.
Absolutely! We understand that planning needs can evolve as your wedding date gets closer. If you realize mid-way through planning that you need extra help whether that's venue design assistance, full vendor sourcing, or monthly check-ins. Arch Events can easily upgrade your package or add custom a la carte planning services to match your exact needs.
