I’m Sammy, and I am a wedding photographer based in Minnesota. Although I serve out of Minnesota, I have also been lucky to reach couples from all over the place. I have a love for travel, coffee, dogs, and the simpler things in life. As a teenager, I was the girl carrying a camera everywhere I went collecting memories as I go. I grew up around music and picked up the guitar and piano at a young age. My childhood memories were filled with arts, music, and lots of imagination.

I approach photography with a romantic and soft flair. I am attracted to natural light and have a love for organic moments that tells the story without intrusion. I believe that beauty can be found in many places, and you can find it by having the right perspective.

Sammy and her team are a fantastic group! They made the wedding day easy, comfortable, and artfully captured our day. She provided both classic portraits as well as creative candids for a well rounded portfolio. We loved working with her for engagement photos too. Overall she was well organized, professional, and very fun to work with. Photography was one of the most important factors for our wedding, and boy did she deliver!

Sammy is amazing! From the start, she was like a friend to work with and we have loved every step of the way from our call to our engagement session and timeline making. I couldn’t imagine my wedding day without her guidance and vision. We got our photos back and they exceeded my expectations. I am so incredibly happy and feel so lucky to have found a photographer for life!
