We are Will & Christina MacMeeken- a Dallas based destination wedding photography team! We specialize in documentary photography and love couples who are a little quirky, down to party, and are up for an epic adventure as they journey through life together. From the quiet moments as you prepare for your "I do's" all the way through your after party, we want to be there to cheer you on and capture your unique story in a way that is freely and authentically you. This is more than just a job and you are more than just another couple. We want exceptional for you and pour everything we've got into your unique day.

We are fully hands on leading into your wedding day so that when your big day comes we can be fully hands off-leaving you to enjoy your day without interruption while we take a reportage style approach. No need for awkward, recreated or fake moments- just you authentically as you were with your favorite people in the world. From the very first conversation we had with Christina and Will, we knew we wanted them to photograph our wedding. I had reviewed countless galleries from many photographers, and what immediately stood out about The MacMeekens was how creative, artistic, and truly unique their work is. Not every photo looks the same—each image has its own mood, color, and composition. The way they frame their shots is art. Speaking with them for the first time only solidified our decision. They brought such energy, warmth, and fun to the conversation, and I knew they would make us feel comfortable in front of the camera. After our engagement session, we had dinner together, which made the experience that much more special. Getting to know them on a personal level meant so much, especially knowing they would be documenting one of the most important days of our lives. At that dinner, Christina mentioned that sometimes they feel pressure to “play it safe” like other wedding photographers. I told her exactly why we chose them—because they are different. Their creativity, originality, and willingness to take artistic risks is what sets them apart. Beyond their talent, Christina and Will are two of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve met, and we are so thankful that this experience turned into a friendship. Another thing we appreciated is that they are with you from beginning to end on your wedding day, without stressing over hourly limits. They go above and beyond in every way. A few weeks before our wedding, Christina suggested a creative idea for our ceremony exit: since my husband works in the airline industry, she thought it would be fun to have guests throw paper airplanes as we walked back down the aisle. A week before the wedding, their family spent an entire evening folding 100 paper airplanes for us. That level of thoughtfulness still amazes us and was beyond anything we could have imagined. This week, seven weeks after our wedding, we received our full gallery—and I was in tears. The photos are absolutely stunning, and through them we were able to relive every emotion and moment of the day. We cannot recommend The MacMeekens enough. You would be doing yourself a disservice not to hire them to photograph one of the most important days of your life. Give yourself the gift of working with them—and getting to know them. Thank you, Christina and Will, for everything you did for us and for being such an incredible part of our wedding day.
