I’m Caitlin, the owner and lead photographer at Sweet Scales Photography. I’m very passionate about preserving memories, and I love helping my clients feel comfortable while having fun and getting to know everyone during our sessions! We service the mid west as well as NJ! I will always take time to come home for your wedding (all travel included) Lets chat about your special day!!
I don’t just take photos—I show up fully for my couples. I help guide the day, keep things calm, and make sure everything flows so you can be present and enjoy the moments that matter most. I focus on real connection and genuine emotion, not stiff poses. I bring a warm, easygoing presence that helps you feel comfortable being yourself, because that’s where the most meaningful memories live.

Caitlin was so sweet and came up with great poses and ideas for pictures with our bridal party! She captured all the moments beautifully! She didn’t add filters to the pictures she kept them light and bright making the details pop! She was so easy to work with!

Caitlin was a godsend on my wedding day! From the very beginning, our engagement photos were everything we dreamed of. When the big day arrived, she was such a calming presence and knew exactly what she was doing, poses, photo ideas, etc. This completely took the pressure off of me! On top of all of this, she communicated with me throughout the entire process and for an extra touch, even sent us a little gift basket as a thank you! I could go on and on but overall, I highly recommend Sweet Scales for your wedding photos!
