Hello! My name's Mariah Sterling Handlon. I started Sterling Expression Photography in 2016 and must say, I LOVE MY JOB! I have worked in the wedding industry since 2012 and studied photoshop in school before a friend pushed me towards the logical next step of a career in photography. I specialize in weddings and take pride in helping couples have a stress-free day and capturing the beauty of their big day! In addition to weddings, I LOVE shooting families, maternity, newborns, events, seniors, pets and more. I strive to be creative while keeping clients happy and comfortable.

    There are a few local photographers who are talented. There are a few who are reliable. There are a few who are a joy to be around. Mariah is one of the only ones that manages to be all three. Her work is heartfelt, crisp, and colorful. She is a clear communicator, easy to work with, and does what she says she's going to do. I've hired her for more projects than I can count and would do so a hundred times over again.
