Three of my greatest joys are new experiences, creating, and learning about people's unique stories. Wedding photography is the perfect combination of those 3 and allows me to provide you with the best experience. My outgoing and go with the flow personality, does wonders on wedding day to relieve stress and provide you with beautiful photos that will last a lifetime.

    The best of the best!

    Sonacity could not have been MORE of a pleasure! From the first phone call to the last photo, the company is delightful and professional through and through. Our photographer, Mike, made us feel like we were old friends celebrating the good times; really helping us to enjoy the moment as much as possible! He worked the room like magic! Our wedding was under a stressful Hurricane and Mike made it feel like a minor bump in the road- which it was! Typically, couples book me about 7-8 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Great question! I have been a professional photographer now for 10 years and have photographed over 300 weddings. I’ve seen some shit…but, I also know how to handle a variety of different situations. I always look for the best-case scenario. How could we turn a stressful situation into a win? You’ll also never see me stress, if a difficult situation arises, I handle it without you knowing so you can continue to enjoy your day!

Absolutely! Photography has taken me to many parts of the world including a variety of states within the U.S. as well as out of the country! I love traveling and seeing new places so if you have a country in mind you want your engagement session or you wedding in, let’s go!
Get ready for some technical nerdy stuff. I come equipped with all professional Sony gear including a74 and a7r5 camera bodies. For lenses, I bring a 14-24 2.8, 24-70 2.8, a 70-200 2.8, 85 1.4, and a 90 2.8 macro, and a 50 1.2. For lighting, I use Flashpoint/Godox gear including an ad600, 2 ad200s, and a couple of speedlights.
Personally, I like to recommend doing a first look. There are a lot of pros to doing this. It relieves a lot of stress, it gives you a moment with your love by yourselves to enjoy the moment, you get to do the family photos and your wedding portraits right after which gives you time to enjoy cocktail hour, and more.
All the planning has paid off so now I like to keep things light and fun during wedding day. We’re there to celebrate your love so I’ll crack jokes with everyone, talk to your uncle about photography, and dance with grandma. All of this of course while capturing all those special moments. As far as editing, I do love rich colors with a good mix of natural light and off camera flash, and a mix of posed, prompts, and candid moments.
Excellent question. Payments are split up into 3 sections. The first is your $750 retainer, your second payment is paid 3 months before your wedding date, and your final payment is due 1 month before the big day.
Absolutely! I bring my own lights to creatively light up the venue and my subject to make flattering and beautiful photos!
