    One of our favorite vendors!

    Russ & his team were easily one of our favorite vendors of our wedding! We truly can’t say enough good things about RF Films. Our experience working with this brand was nothing short of exceptional. We hired RF as our videographer for our wedding and from our first interaction with Russ (the owner) to delivery of final product and follow up, he has gone out of his way to ensure we feel like valued clients. Not only did he make this part of wedding planning stress free, he and his team were a BLAST to be around on our wedding day. They made our day extra memorable and we will always cherish our experience with this brand. This is a company that truly cares about their couples and the work that they do and it shows in the quality of their work. We were so impressed with the skill of this team and how they captured our special day so perfectly while ensuring we had fun from morning to night. Russ is very knowledgeable and was willing to offer his tips wherever he could through our wedding planning process which was so helpful and meant so much to us. Outside of the experience, we absolutely love our videos and every piece of work they created for us. We were so happy with our decision to use RF films and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

    RF Films Waters Edge Wedding 06/15/2024

    Russell was the preferred vendor from Waters Edge and it was so obvious why! Him and his team were beyond amazing. There was not a single moment that they didn’t capture, and from multiple angles! We received all of our photos as well our video teaser within less than a month from our big day! I cannot recommend RF Films enough!

We’re based in NASSAU COUNTY LONG ISLAND, 35 minutes from Manhattan NYC. YES WE CAN TRAVEL IN THE TRISTATE.
We work on a first come, first serve basis. TO reserve your date we require a signed contract.
Most of our couples tend to book us about 12-18 months in advance. Feel free to contact us to see if we have your date available.
We are unobtrusive to their liking. However, there are certain shots that we must get with our cameras that look awesome in photo and video, but we're a little bit more visible. It’s up to every couple to decide where their comfort zone is with that. Some couples say, “stay away, we don’t want to see you all day,” while other couples say, “do whatever it takes, I don’t care if you have to stand next to the groom during the vows, get the shot!” Neither couple is right NOR wrong for what they want; everybody just has different opinions. It’s our job to communicate and do the best job effortlessly
Sure! Here’s the message without bullet points: We want to inform you about the timeline for receiving your wedding images and video trailer. You can expect to receive all of your wedding images within 2-3 months following your wedding date. The video trailer will also be delivered within 2-3 months, or possibly sooner, after your actual wedding date. Our past clients can confirm this timeline, and we appreciate your patience as we work to deliver high-quality memories from your special day.
Choosing the song for your video is one of the most important aspects of our creative process. We license all of our music for our videos from music sites with talented artists. After getting to know you, experiencing your day, and going through your footage, we set out to find the perfect song that captures you as a couple and best represents the feel of your wedding day. What’s great about this is that you will have a unique song THAT IS ultimately timeless.
