I've been passionate about all art forms for as long as I can remember! I got into photography as a little middle schooler when I received a digital camera as a gift one year, and took pictures of random objects and landscapes, submitting them into local art shows and fairs. I put my passion on the backburner when I started focusing on my schooling and career. My husband gifted me a fancy camera with lenses for Christmas in 2020 and it sparked my love once again! I have an artistic eye if I do say so myself, and love capturing those precious life moments!

I don't take pictures for a paycheck; I take pictures because I LOVE doing it! This is my side gig and I wouldn't have it any other way! I'm not the traditional photographer. I won't tell you the whole time "okay now you put your hand here, do this with your leg, now look at me and smile!" I would rather tell you to dance like nobody is watching, whisper a joke in your partner's ear, run away from me and twirl, etc. Don't get me wrong, we will get some put-together, posed "wall hangers" as well, however I truly love capturing real emotion and helping my couples have fun while taking photos!

This package pricing is for weddings that require 100 miles or less of travel. It is full day coverage (10 hours maximum) and is all inclusive.

This package is for North Dakota weddings that require over 100 miles of travel. All fees are included, and I will be there with you ALL DAY! (10 hour maximum)

    Amazing Experience!

    From the get go, Rachel was very easy-going and fun to work with. Our wedding day was very smooth and she was in all the places she needed to be to capture the perfect moments! I could not recommend her enough!

    Great Wedding Photography

    Our wedding was largely outside in nearly 100 degree heat. Rachel braved the heat like a CHAMP, and made our day so fun. Our sneak peaks were prompt and beautiful, and the memories of the jokes made during the group photos were so heart-warming. Rachel was fun, creative, easy to work with, and so kind and accommodating. We appreciated all her work, and loved working with her!

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos in your online gallery about 8-12 weeks after your wedding. I send a small sneak peek gallery no later than 2 weeks after your wedding.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. However I love working with videographers and if you don't have anybody in mind, I can recommend some good ones!
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I take great pride in my work and would never send a client the raw images. I also offer retouching services such as blemish and scratch removal when needed/requested (no extra charge).
All travel fees including mileage and hotel are included in the Local and Travel package prices for weddings. If you choose to have your engagement session take place over 100 miles away from me for the Local Package, I would add a round trip mileage charge for that session, otherwise there are no extra fees than what is listed in my packages here. I never charge for meals while away for your wedding weekend, however, I need to be in your meal count for the reception dinner. Please contact me for a customized quote if you are wanting to hire me for an out-of-state wedding.
Yes! Any weddings in ND taking place November-March are $300 off your package price.
