Yes, all of our base packages come with audio recording for all of your special events! With our focus being on storytelling, we believe the audio is quintessential for your video and do not offer a discount for not including it.

Q: Do you offer photo printing?

While we do have a same day printing add-on to get some neat polaroids, we do not offer professional albums in print. All of our products are digital delivery, with printing rights.

Q: Can I choose my own songs?

Due to copyright laws, we have to be careful about what songs we sell as a part of our videos. That being said, we use a Soundstripe subscription as well as Audiio and Fyrfly, and we’re happy to let you choose your music from one of those libraries! If you would like to choose a song from another library, we will work with you to buy your selection for the additional fees associated with the purchase.

Q: How does payment work?

To secure your date, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit. If you purchase an engagement session, that amount will be due at the session. All other fees are due by the wedding date.

How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

Typically, couples book me about 6 to 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

Do you work with assistants or other photographers?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes, I will bring an assistant along if I feel like I need one for any reason. We also offer second shooters for photo or video if you would like an easier schedule or those special angles a single shooter can't get.

Do you also offer video services?

Yes! We actually offer a bundle discount for getting both photo and video since we are a married couple and love getting to work together on the same wedding!

How long will it take to see our pictures?

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Videos are often delivered even before this time. You will get a sneak peek to enjoy a lot sooner, though! That will make the wait a little easier ;)

Do you have insurance?

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

What’s your back-up plan if you can’t photograph our wedding as planned?

In my career, I have done weddings within weeks of giving birth more than once because I booked them before getting pregnant, haha. That being said, we don't go down without a fight. However, if there is a time we eventually can't make a wedding, we will guarantee you a replacement of equal value that will capture your day, and we will still edit in our style for you <3

Absolutely. Reach out anytime to ask about our special pricing for elopements! Please note your elopement must have fewer than 10 total guests.

Definitely! While we’re based in Milan, Tennessee, we’re available for destination weddings country-wide. If your wedding is over 3 hours away from Milan, we’re happy to come to your city for an additional fee to cover the cost of travel and reasonable accommodations.
