Megan Freeman
I’m a New York raised / Alaska braised 5’0″ multi-passionate, photographer and filmmaker – I can appreciate the grit of a city, but I also have a small-town heart. I’m layers of hard work, deep empathy, and a Roseanne cackle-laugh. I’m all about having my cake, eating it too, and sharing some with you. I believe in celebrating family & friends, NY pizza, actin’ a fool, editing my photos to candid perfection (mostly this), and skipping the small talk.
You may be the one taking a vow, but here's my vows to you: 1. I HATE the word client, and we WILL become friends throughout the planning of your elopement / wedding 2. I end up being so much more than your photographer on your wedding day. I serve anyway I can to help your day run smooth & your mood staying chill 3. I will memorize each and every one of your bridesmaids names, even if you went cray and have more than ten 4. I’m probably going to cry with you. Without trying, I interlace myself into the wedding, so I feel your guests moods and hear their sighs of awe as they watch you and your forever lover start your new lives together

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
Before we booked Megan for our wedding, we were on the fence about a videographer. We set up a call and after talking to Megan for almost an hour she truly understood our vision for our wedding and it was a no brainer that we needed to work with her. Megan was such a pleasure to work with and her creative energy and empath nature shined through. Megan was a strong communicator throughout the process of planning our wedding and the day of. And, our wedding video came out AMAZING! If you want someone to perfectly capture the emotion and energy of your wedding day for you to re-watch for years to come - Megan is your girl!!
