I let the couples lead the way. I give some simple directions and let them take charge. My couples describe me as having a calming presence on their wedding day. I provide many other services and help along the wedding planning journey (such as providing recommendations and helping plan your timeline).

    Videographer

    Mariah did a spectacular job capturing our big day, really encasing the beauty and love we were aiming to display. She traveled far to be with us and shoot our big day and we were not disappointed. She was very easy to work with and easy to talk to. She makes it more interactive and genuinely tries to make it more than just a job, her work shows that. We couldn’t be more grateful for her breathtaking videography skills we will cherish forever. Highly recommend her to anyone who needs not only a photographer but a videographer as well!

    THE ABSOLUTE BEST

    If I could give Mariah more than 5 stars I would. She was absolutely amazing at my wedding and it could not have been a better day because of her. She caught so many details that I would have never seen nor caught with the craziness of being the bride on the big day. She made me feel comfortable and excited to take more pictures. She was open to any of the crazy ideas I had and handled everything with ease! I absolutely could not recommend more!

    Amazing Wedding Photographer

    Mariah was absolutely perfect as our wedding photographer. She stepped in less than 3 months before our wedding because our other photographer fell through. She was amazing to work with and made us the priority even after our wedding when she was getting our photos ready. She and Doug were so nice and we had so much fun with them. We will definitely be using her again in the future. I would highly recommend her for wedding photography. Her style was exactly what we were looking for and she executed it perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer.

    An Amazing Photographer!

    Mariah, with Mariah R. Photography and Film, was so amazing and made me feel like a true princess/queen on my wedding day. Prior to the wedding day, she communicated openly with me about everything and made sure I was ready to go. She provided me with example timelines to help plan my day which was extremely helpful!!! Before heading to my location, she had messaged me and asked if I needed anything before she arrived. Once Mariah had gotten there, she calmed my nerves, reassured me when my anxiety was heightened during the chaos, and communicated with me about every thing I needed. She captured my day perfectly. She was my number one supporter through the whole day! I just can’t boast about her enough. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend her to capture your special moments. You seriously won’t regret it.

    Loved her!

    She was amazing! So easy to work with and was prepared for everything that happened during the day! I loved having her there in my big day and would recommend her to anyone!

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant (second/third) photographers depending on the size of your wedding. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online no later than 10 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints. I do also offer rush-editing for an additional fee which can be discussed.
You can expect a minimum of 50 digital images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my 5 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant while I am still available to help finalize your wedding day and edit and deliver all your images.
