Hey! I’m Kate, the brains + heart behind Soul & Sky. It's the next chapter of my journey, launching from my brand MAKE / Adventure Stories. I specialize in wedding **experiences**. Doing fun things, feeling relaxed and having FUN on your wedding day in amazing & beautiful places. A tree house that allows dogs? A trail that's parent friendly? A mountain, but with water views? My included concierge support takes SO MUCH stress & work off your plate. I'm the planning workhorse you've wanted! AND, I've been there! My hubby and I wanted a desert elopement, but didn't want to leave our families & didn't know how to convince them. Typically, couples book me about 6-12 months before their elopement or micro-wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame. (I've helped couples as quickly as 3 weeks idea to elopement!) And, you don't need to have a firm date to reach out! Often, we finalize the date as part of the location planning process, so NO WORRIES if you don't have a date right now! A general idea on your "when" is just fine :-)
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. A number of my elopement/micro-wedding packages include download rights to EVERY image in your final image gallery, so rest assured that every image you see and receive is beautiful and ready for you to share/use!
My turnaround time varies by season. You'll get a sneak peek of about 6 images to the vibe of your elopement within 3 days from your event. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos in a beautiful, easy to share online gallery about 10 weeks after your wedding. From that gallery, you can easily share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
I do! My business insurance coverage ensures I can easily produce the required a certificate of liability to the Government in order to get photography permits at many National Parks & Forests & other National/State wildland and parks.
