Hey there love birds! My name is Lauren, the owner of Lighthaven Photography. My business is named after my grandparents - I’d love to tell you the detailed story behind it one day! I’m an experienced wedding photographer offering soft, timeless & vibrant images that joyfully captures the essence of your whole day! I offer a variety of sessions such as surprise proposals, engagements, and anniversaries. Outside of wedding, I am a portrait photographer who can grow with you and capture your memories / milestones for years to come! I can’t wait to become your friend, cheerleader through the wedding planning process, and be apart of your day!

Lighthaven Photography partners with Happy Haven Studios to offer an ultimate package of photo + video! Not only does this give the option to capture your full day, but it also gives you a complimentary session of engagement photos AND engagement video! Fun facts: I have a wonderful husband and two dogs, I love cajun shrimp pasta, and I have a joy for capturing memories that people want to remember for a lifetime!

Includes 6 hours of coverage on your wedding day, and a second photographer. This often showcases photos of getting ready OR the reception, occasionally a little of both. As well as the decorations/details, ceremony, family/bridal party portraits, and bride & groom portraits. All photos delivered in an online gallery unless customized USB is purchased in addition. A free in person OR video call to discuss wedding timeline, family portrait list, and photography preferences. Additional for travel

    Lighthaven Photography was phenomenal to work with for our wedding. Lauren was very quick to respond when needed and had great communication throughout the planning process. Their work is captivating, stunning and clean/clear. My wedding was 100% outdoors with no indoor option, and when it rained on our big day, Lauren stayed calm and made the best out of the difficult circumstances. She captured beautiful pictures despite the challenging weather, and was soaked by the end of the night but still seemed unfazed. I cannot say enough great things about Lighthaven Photography and would highly recommend them to any couple looking for an exceptional photographer.

Typically, couples book me about 8-12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame. If I am available on your date, it's yours!
For weddings other than elopements / micro weddings, second photographers are always in your package. I analyze all other wedding scenarios and bring additional photographers or assistants as needed.
Definitely. All final images will be edited to match my style to ensure they look beautiful and as expected.
I partner with my sister and her husband's business, Happy Haven Studios! We have an awesome package deal where we work together on your wedding day. We make the best team, that's what you get with family! :)
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 6-12 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a full online gallery for constant access and a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
You can expect about 80 to 150 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll do everything in my power to make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant/second shooter. One of the many perks and assurances of providing second shooters with my larger wedding packages. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement if needed as well.

Wedding deposits are 25% of your package. Once your deposit is received and your contract is signed, we can begin our process & your date is officially saved for you!
