My name is Kirsten and I'm so happy that our paths have crossed! I love capturing photos of couples who are deeply in love with one another. Photos that are romantic, dreamy, filled with raw emotion, and bring you back to the day you said "I do" every time you look at them. I love capturing authentic and real emotion in every photo that I take. I utilize beautiful, natural light to create dreamy, airy, editorial-styled photos. I want my couples to look back at the pictures I capture and be able to relive that specific moment.

I do not view couple's wedding days as just another day at work for me or another job to get done. I genuinely care about every single couple I photograph. I love getting to know the couples I work with, learn about their relationships, and figure out what kinds of poses are best for them. One of the amazing parts about being a wedding photographer is that every relationship is different. Due to this, every couple and every wedding day allows me to still get a rush of excitement and creativity every time I pick up my camera. There is no feeling more powerful to me than that I get when I capture a special and pure moment between people.

    Kirsten is without a doubt one of the sweetest and most talented people I have ever met. Not only are the photos she takes so beautiful, but they are also very expressive. You can see the love and connection between people through the photos that she takes. She has such a tranquil presence about her and was able to keep my daughter so calm during all of the wedding day craziness! I definitely recommend that everyone hire her for their own special day!

While it might feel awkward at first, I can assure you that as the session goes on and you get used to having me photograph and direct you, you'll start to have fun with the shoot. I want you and your significant other to interact with each other as if I am not even there, smile, laugh, and focus on each other.
That is all completely up to you! Your location can be somewhere that has meaning to you, somewhere that matches the aesthetic of your wedding, or it can simply just be a place you think is pretty. When it comes to your outfit for the engagement shoot, I always recommend wearing something you are comfortable in and feel confident wearing.
Within 24-48 hours of your session, I will email you a link to a digital gallery that contains a sneak peek of some photos from your session. A few weeks after that, typically 4-6 weeks, you'll receive another link to a digital gallery, except this time it will contain all of your photos from the shoot.
I provide clients with approximately 100 photos for every hour I am shooting with them. So, if we do an hour long engagement session together, you can expect to receive about 100 photographs. If you decide you want to work with me on your wedding day and schedule 9 hours of coverage, you'll receive around 900 photos.
When it comes to traveling for the engagement shoot, I will go anywhere you'd like, free of any extra charges, within 100 miles round trip of Center City, Philadelphia. Anything over 100 miles round trip will include an extra fee of $1 per mile.
