I have been a full-time photographer since high school while I pursued my bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Colorado, Boulder. I first picked up a camera in yearbook class and started my career by taking senior portraits of my friends, my passion for photography blossomed into also photographing couples, proposals, engagement sessions, and weddings/elopements!

What sets me apart as a photographer is that I have a very laid-back approach to my sessions. I love to take my time, exploring locations and spending time getting to know my couples before the photographing even takes place!

    BEST PHOTOGRAPHER!!!

    Had the pleasure of working with Kaili for engagement photos and wedding day photos!! She truly is the sweetest and most talented photographer!     Best photographer!

    Kaili was so easy to work with! I haven’t been in front of the camera too many times and she guided me the entire day! She gave great direction and our sneak peeks turned out amazing so I can’t wait to see our full gallery! 10/10 recommend!

Travel costs (Lodging, transportation, airfare, food, etc) are not included in pricing. A 2-night minimum stay is required for most out- of-state weddings and a 1-night stay if the wedding destination is more than 3 hours from Castle Rock, CO. I am always willing to fly the cheapest option/ carpool / etc.
Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. This will not cost you extra if you book my eight hour wedding package! I do have experience shooting weddings solo but it is highly recommended to hire a second shooter with over 150 guests and larger bridal parties!
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.
A second shooter is another photographer I hire to work with me on your wedding day! Two photographers gives me the opportunity to catch all the special moments from different perspectives since I can't be in two places at one time! This will be someone who shares my similar style, is experienced and I trust with all my heart and will be able to help with the flow of the day.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
Absolutely! I have two external sources of light I like to use depending on your reception location. I am experienced with off-camera flash as well as a light bar. I typically tend to wait until it is completely dark in order to use as much of the natural light as possible!
In my 3 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
Don't worry! Very rarely do my clients have any previous photo experience together and that's ok! I like to direct and not pose, this goes for engagement pictures and your big day. Sure I'll capture big smiles but I want to see your relationship shine through these images so I make sure you're having fun and as comfortable as possible!
For a lot of my weddings, I have no prior experience of seeing the wedding venue beforehand and that is ok! Some of the venues I have experience with are The Manor House, Haystack Hearth, North Star Gatherings, River bend Lyons, Spruce Mountain Ranch, Beaver Creek Resort, Willow Ridge Manor, Black Canyon Inn & More!
The night of your wedding I make sure that all RAW files are backed up to three separate resources at one time so they are as safe and secure as possible!
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a sneak peek gallery about 48 hours after your wedding date to enjoy and share with friend in the timebeing!
