It's all in the details! Hey future friends! As my business name aptly implies, I am Jamie. I am based in Gainesville, FL, but I love to travel. My grandfather got me into photography and I have developed a real passion for it. My other passions include my 2 cats, traveling the world and instagramming iphone pictures of my food. Feel free to ask me any questions without any pressure to hire me.

As a person who freezes in front of a camera, I recognize that most of my couples are not models. I endeavor to make the photography portion of your wedding day fun, unique and painless! I love natural light and the nonposed moments between people.

    I used Jamie as my wedding photographer. This was very important to me and a huge job. I am so so so happy I chose her!! The photos are absolutely amazing!! Each photo she shows me is my favorite and I just can not get over how happy I am with her work!! Not only that but she was helpful in many other ways during getting ready time. She even kicked off her shoes to run in the wet grass around to get a better shot!! So impressed! She managed to make me look like a model out of a bridal magazine somehow which is a tough job! If I had to do it again I would choose her 100%!

    Jamie exceeded expectations

    As venue owners, we work with photographers every weekend. We recently had the opportunity to work with Jaime, and she was an absolute pleasure. She was not only pleasant in her work, but she delivered images that made our clients over-the-top happy. They could not believe how gorgeous their wedding photos were! We were impressed, as well. We can recommend Jamie with confidence and hope to work with her again at C Bar Ranch.

My turnaround time varies by season. I will provide a "sneak peak" the day of or the following day. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 1-3 weeks after your wedding. In about 4-6 weeks, you expect to receive a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
I edit and retouch between 50 and 150 portraits including family photos for your online gallery. All final images delivered via USB will be batch edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.
You can expect about 100 - 150 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on number of photographers, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I offer a 2-4 minute "highlight real" to your wedding song for an additional fee. Only available with 2 photographer package.
Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra.
Typically, couples book me about 4 - 8 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
In my 7 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant.
Yes! Typically, I charge a fee per mile over 60 miles outside of Gainesville. If you are eloping someplace magical, get in touch! I really love to travel!
