Greetings! I've been doing photography for 30 years now, with much of that time devoted to event media. I've shot weddings for couples of various backgrounds. My goal is to be there for you every step of the way, from the first wedding consultation to the moment I place a beautifully detailed, well thought-out wedding package in your hands.

I like to think I'm very thorough. I cover every detail of the decor, festivities, loved ones, etc. A wedding can be an overwhelming day. So I also pride myself on being the one aspect of the day that you absolutely don't have to worry about. I'm here to make the wedding day that much easier.

    As an event planner, I’ve hired Jarek James for various occasions such us engagements session, baby showers, bdays etc. I was extremely impressed with his services. From start to finish, the photographer was professional, attentive, and dedicated to capturing all of the special moments for each event. Mr. James had a great eye for detail and was able to find the best angles and lighting to showcase the beauty of each occasion. He was also able to work with the guests and get everyone comfortable in front of the camera, resulting in natural and candid shots that truly captured the spirit of each moment. The photographer delivered the photos in a timely manner. Overall, I highly recommend this photographer to anyone looking for exceptional service.

Typically, couples book me about 11-12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame. It's rare, but I have accepted a last minute booking as late as a couple months out.
Sometimes, I’ll bring an assistant photographer depending on the size of your wedding. I do have price packages for photo and video in which case that is necessary.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal for the bridal party photos for an additional charge.

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to receive your photos online about 6 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
In my 30 years of experience as a photographer, I’ve never cancelled a wedding. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant.
Typically I shoot pics of everything from pre-wedding preparation to end of the reception, decor, guests, etc, and you receive pics of it all. The exact number of photos honestly depends on how much there is to cover throughout the wedding day.
