Human lives are intricate and purposeful, much like the veins of a petal or the roots of an elm. Each is deserving of preservation, care and attention. As a photographer, my north star is to document time in an authentic, artistic way. It is my honor to be a listener and a translator of peoples’ stories, from the large moments to the small. To be a photographer is, as I see it, to give testimony in photo form to the origins of a tale. It is my honor to share from an observant distance the undertaking of an adventure that brings delight to not only the subjects of my art, but also those that take the time to appreciate wonder everywhere.

I want my work with you to be akin to capturing fireflies in a jar. To appreciate things that often feel out of grasp, but with patience, tending, and care become the most beautiful parts of any avenue. The tales we tell ourselves, our family, and our friends can often be better told with few or no words. I would be honored to nurture your stories through my art in the same delicate manner one would catch a firefly.
