My name is Clay and I have been a photographer for over 10 years. My passion is documenting couples and their love story. I am from Dallas, Texas and now currently reside in the state of Maine but travel all around the world getting to capture all of the love!

I believe it is not only important to produce beautiful images, but also believe that being a photographer is not just that. I know how fun and exciting wedding planning can be, but I also know how stressful it is. That is why I ensure that when planning your wedding, you know that you have someone to lean on for advice and suggestions. I am a planner and someone who will make sure that your wedding goes as smoothly as possible. From helping create your vision, your day of timeline, or hopping on a call to ask questions whenever you need. I am your right hand man that will be there for you every step of the way!

From the moment we met Clay, we knew we wanted him as our photographer! He’s professional, organized, and talented - but also fun, easygoing, and genuinely kind. We worked with him for our engagement, wedding, and day-after photos, and he was always punctual and flexible with our schedule. We absolutely loved our photos and were amazed at how quickly he delivered them - the previews just days after the wedding were so exciting to see! He even went above and beyond when my husband forgot his wedding band for the day-after shoot, offering one of his own so we could still get the perfect shots. Moments like that show what an incredible person he is! Clay captured every moment beautifully, and we couldn’t recommend him more, he’s amazing!!!

Clay was so wonderful to work with! From start to finish, he was so kind, professional, and always a calming presence. As a Chicago-based couple, we didn't plan on doing engagement photos. But when Clay was in town for another wedding, he made time to squeeze us in for a hometown shoot, which was so so special. (And he was so patient dealing with our crazy poodle!) On the wedding day, we completely trusted him to capture all the magic and he truly was above and beyond our expectations. He kept our timeline running smoothly, got all the shots we asked for and more, and made sure that my husband and I still had plenty of time to enjoy all the celebrations. TBH he made the family and bridal party shots one of the most fun parts of the day, keeping the energy fun and the momentum up. I could gush about him and his talent forever — book this man!!!

We truly cannot say enough good things about Clay. He has been with us through every step of our journey—capturing our engagement photos, our (secret!) elopement, and our destination wedding in St. Lucia—and each set of photos is more breathtaking than the last. Clay’s work speaks for itself: it’s stunning, emotional, and artful. But what makes him even more special is who he is behind the lens. He is such a calming, kind, and organized presence—exactly the kind of person you want around you on your wedding day. Despite the excitement and chaos of the moment, Clay brought a sense of ease to everything. Neither of us are naturals in front of the camera, but Clay guided us gently and clearly, making us feel confident, relaxed, and most importantly, like ourselves. His direction never felt forced or posed—just effortless and natural. We love Clay and feel so lucky to have had him document the most important moments of our lives. My now husband and I had the pleasure of working with Clay for our engagement photos as well as our wedding day! We can both say he was an absolute dream to work with. I had won a giveaway with Clay for our engagement shoot and after working with him, we knew immediately we wanted to have him capture our wedding day. From day one he was organized and always so responsive to any our of questions. On both occasions he was professional, so easy to work with, and made us feel comfortable! Not only is he talented, but he is a kind, amazing person as well. Us, and all our friends and family, are absolutely obsessed with our wedding photos and are still talking about how great of a photographer he is. We couldn't be happier that we chose Clay for our wedding day. He is incredible, extremely talented, and I would highly recommend him!
