Hi, we're Kevin & Michelle, an adventure loving husband/wife team with 20 years of professional experience, capturing artistic photographic memories for couples in love. Your photos will be timeless, and you will look like you without the latest editing fad so you won’t look back on your photos and cringe. We use an unobtrusive, journalistic style of photography to tell your story. We're looking for the elements of your style, emotional moments and details of your wedding or event that make it uniquely yours. And especially in capturing the energy and connection you have, which we'll accomplish with coaching when you’re unsure what to do.

Kevin grew up in the thick of skateboarding and punk rock near Sacramento, California and approaches his work with an alternative eye, not always following the rules learned at Brooks Institute studying for his BA in Professional Photography. He has photographed hundreds of weddings and is an expert with off camera flash. We love the natural beauty of Colorado and our intention is for your photos to represent what your day actually looked like. We don’t dumb things down with AI, every photo is hand edited with expertise. Latest obsession: Adding 35mm film photography to a shoot. Smaller wedding?     Amazing work!! Love our wedding photos

    They were truly fantastic throughout the whole process, their communication was great and it was super clear what was needed at all points and as a bride who planned the whole thing, that clarity was amazing!! The photos turned so amazing!!! We went with Berg Berg because we admired the lighting and were really looking for candid moments to be captured of us with our family, dancing, etc. I get shy in front of a camera so this was so important to make sure I have photos with a real smile! I LOVE the photos so much and flipping through them it’s like memories captured, I can feel the energy of the photos and I love it!! Can’t wait to keep going back to these year after year.

    Berg Berg is amazing!

    Kevin and Michelle are incredible! As an event planner, I work with many vendors and Berg Berg stands out as a top tier photographer. They are so easy to work with; kind, helpful, reasonable and of course very talented, producing stunning photos. I have seen how their interaction with couples and it is so smooth and they keep things on time and efficient. They communicate well with me regarding logistics which helps me ensure our couples are having the best day. Berg Berg-highly recommend!

We never know when a date will be booked, but we welcome inquiries wherever you are in your planning adventure. We are a husband and wife team, so you'll know who your photographers are if you book way in advance or last minute!
Absolutely! We'll take thousands of images at a full wedding, and we do the work to edit them down to the best ones. All final images will be edited by us, in our style, for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.
We do! Just let us know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and we’ll send that over to them.
You'll get a good sized preview gallery (50+ images) within a few days of your wedding, and all the photos in 2-3 weeks!
We are members of professional photography organizations and have industry colleagues who are highly rated professional wedding photographers, so we would reach out to our network to have a competent replacement in the rare case this was ever needed. Also if you have to move your wedding date or cancel your wedding, we will work with you as much as possible to accommodate your needs regarding date changes, however the 40% retainer is non-refundable.
You can expect about 60 to 80+ images per hour of photography. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on the pace of events, number of guests, venue type, and other factors. We don't make up a random number of photos you'll get because we'd have to cut out good photos to get there, and that's not cool.
