    AMAZING photographer in Atlanta!

    Great energy, great photographer!

    I booked John for a test shoot and they were so awesome! They were very friendly and enthusiastic, we were chatting while setting up shots, and we had a great time. John was very thorough and was great at posing me and setting up the lighting, and their edits were great! I like an editing style with more contrast and just brightening up the colors a bit, and they were so helpful and patient with me while we picked what I liked. Super easy to book and schedule, and definitely worth the price because the photos came out so amazing. I will definitely be booking them for my actual day, and I would 100% recommend booking with John!

    My Grad Photos Turned Out Amazing!

    From the moment I booked Auspex Studio, their communication was genuine and made me feel excited after just messaging back and forth. They are so quick with response times! They were incredibly thorough in understanding my vision for my photos and made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera. On the day we took my photos, they went above and beyond, walking with me around the entire campus to ensure we captured photos in all the spots I wanted. The quality of their work was truly spectacular - the photos they delivered are breathtaking and I wanted to share them with everyone I possibly could! I’m so thrilled with Auspex Studio and would highly recommend them to any graduate needing graduation photos, or a couple needing a wedding photographer, parents who just welcomed a new baby and want memories throughout baby’s first year, or any special occasion you might want a photographer for.

Easy! Follow the steps here on Zola to submit an inquiry. I'll be in touch with you as soon as I am able, typically 1-3 days. From there we can discuss the scope of your project with a voice or video call. Video is always preferred so we can chat face to face! We will go over all the details of your event, any additional add-ons, pricing, and any other relevant information to determine if we're a good fit. If so, you will receive a quote for your approval, as well as your photography contract after our call. Can't wait to hear from you!
On average, wedding coverage produces 800-1500 RAW files. You can expect about 200-400 edited photos for an 8-hour wedding. Be mindful this is an estimate, and varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
Delivery time varies, however the maximum is 8 weeks. You'll receive a "sneak peek" of your photos (10-20) roughly 2-4 weeks after your wedding date. This can be expedited to same day/week delivery for an additional expense.
I am happy to provide unedited JPEG or RAW files for an additional charge. RAW files are large, and contain extensive unprocessed data taken directly from the camera. Unless you are familiar with this kind of file, I highly suggest JPEG files as they will better suit your needs! I'm happy to collaborate and assist you with additional edits if desired.
Photos will be delivered to you in an online gallery to your email. You will be able to download high resolution JPEGs for printing/sharing/etc. I'm happy to mail you a flash-drive with your photos for an additional charge as well.
I'm so grateful when my clients share their photos! All I ask for in return is that you post the photo without any additional edits, and with proper credit.
Your package will be split into (3) payments. The first payment is non-refundable and required to secure your booking. The second payment is due 1-2 weeks before your wedding, after a follow-up call to finalize details. Final payment is due by the end of your wedding day. Payment plans are available only under extreme circumstances and will require an additional contract. Please tell me if you have any questions!
In my 10 years of experience as a photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues. I’ll provide you with additional resources so you can easily find a quality replacement if you prefer.
I suggest reaching out as soon as you are able! I would personally book as soon as I had a venue and a date.
Yes! I am based out of the Buckhead area in Atlanta. Travel fees vary based on distance. If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to ask.
