    Best linen rental experience

    The linens from I Do Linens were such an important part of the design for our Excel into Elegance event! We built so much of the visual direction around the linen selections, and they helped give the room the rich, elevated, gorgeous look we were hoping for. The textures and colors were beautiful and tied the entire design together. We loved having I Do Linens as part of the creative team and are so grateful for their partnership!

    Russell Wendell or Simon is a fraud!!! Took our money, only gave it partially back after he abandoned us one month until our wedding. Very unprofessional, and in my personal opinion, a scammer. He doesn’t have a team he’s solo, and can’t make deadlines. I would post the emails but I’m not. Do business at your own risk!!!

Our team is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST. You can reach us directly at (404) 367-0010 or email info@idolinens.com. You can also fill out our contact form and one of our design specialists will be in touch shortly.
Whether you request a quote online, over the phone, or during a showroom appointment, you'll receive a tentative order held for 10 business days. Once confirmed, we send an e-signature document and payment link (50% for orders over $750, full payment for orders under $750). Ten business days before your event, you'll receive a final order summary to make any revisions.
Yes, absolutely! We offer virtual design consultations and ship nationwide via UPS. We also provide complimentary swatches so you can see and feel fabrics before making selections. We have design specialists located across the country to assist with styling and local insight.
Changes can be made up to 10 business days before your event date. You'll receive a final order summary via email 10 business days before your event. Within the 10-day window, reductions or cancellations may incur additional fees. Increases in quantities are welcome but may be subject to rush and expedited shipping fees.
For clients in or near Atlanta, complimentary pick-ups and returns are available from our warehouse. Rental items may be picked up as early as two business days before your event during standard warehouse hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM EST). All rental items must be returned the first business day following your event.
We ship nationwide via UPS. Items typically depart 2–3 business days before your event and arrive the day before your event. You'll receive pre-labeled return shipping bags and a UPS return label. Orders must be returned within 2 business days after your event to avoid additional daily rental charges.
Yes, we offer professional delivery and pick-up services for clients in the Metro-Atlanta area with customized pricing. We also offer installation services for all our products, including professional steaming of linens on-site. Installation is required for services such as Drape, Dance Floor Wraps/Decals, and Décor Panels.
A 7% protection fee is added to your order that covers accidental, irreparable damage to our linens. This covers 100% of the replacement cost of damaged linens up to $10,000 per calendar year. The fee does not cover gross negligence or missing items. You may opt out by requesting a Damage Protection Release Waiver.
We offer a curated collection including table linens, napkins, drapery, dance floor wraps and decals, decor panels, custom linens, embroidery, and rental pillows. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to enhance your event's unique aesthetic.
We welcome orders of all sizes, whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration. Napkins are available in sets of 10, so they must be ordered in multiples of 10.
