I'm Brooks, the guy behind the camera at Acacia Cinematography. I'm based in Tampa Bay and I shoot weddings the way I'd want mine shot, documenting what actually happens instead of stopping the day for endless posed shots. I edit everything myself with a film-inspired color grade, so the images feel warm and real, not overprocessed. I care about getting the small moments people don't think to ask for. The hug from a grandparent, the look before the vows, the laugh nobody planned.

I'm a solo operator, so the person you talk to now is the person shooting your wedding and the one editing your gallery after. Nothing gets handed off. I bring my own lighting gear for receptions and low light, so photos stay clean and sharp even after the sun goes down. My style is candid first. I'm there to document the day, not direct it, so you get real reactions instead of a stiff photoshoot version of your wedding.
