I am a marriage celebrant appointed by the Prince William County Circuit Court and bonded according to law. I have been performing ceremonies since 2007 and retired from the Circuit Court Clerk’s office in 2008. I do not technically own a “business”. This is a service provided by statute and ensures that everyone has access to a reasonably priced ceremony.
