The first time depends on how thick your hair is. It can be a little uncomfortable but not unbearable. The typical pain is largely over hyped when performed by a skilled esthetician. We at Hair and The Fox are highly trained experts and make the service as painless and quick as possible.
Waxing is a work in progress we like to say. So, the first time you may notice a few extra hairs that are too short to be removed or notice a small amount of growth the first couple weeks this is simply due to your different growth cycles. After your 3rd or 4th appointment your hair will start to grow on the same cycle.
Depending on hair growth the average timeline of hair free is about 2 to 3 weeks. You should be making your maintenance appointments for body waxing every 3-6 weeks. Face waxing should be booked anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
Our professional team at Hair and The Fox is skilled at prepping and priming skin to insure long lasting makeup application and wear.

    Bridal hair and makeup

    I had a really wonderful experience working with Elyse and Brenna from Hair and the Fox, who did my bridal hair and makeup. Not only are they talented at what they do, but so sweet and fun to work with. Both my mom and mother-in-law got glammed up as well and really enjoyed their time with this dynamic duo. They looked beautiful! I’d like to think I was a pretty easy going bride and kept things simple. But with their years of experience, I believe they would be able to accommodate all sorts of different styles and requests in a desire to make each customer as happy as possible. Thank you for helping to make me feel beautiful on my wedding day!
