We require a minimum of Bride + 5 each to receive hair & makeup for peak months or location more than 50 miles round trip for our collective. Our peak months are (MARCH, APRIL, MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER). If you do not meet our service minimum service count, we will happily serve you, however, the rate becomes a "base rate."

We are able to accommodate up to 20 people for both hair & makeup services. for more than 20 clients, please inquire about logistics and availability.

Please submit an inquiry located on our 'home" page. Once your inquiry has been received we will check for availability and provide you a custom proposal to complete as well as links to your contract & retainer. Together those secure your wedding date.

KWBC accepts accepts ACH (also known as electronic check) &CREDIT CARD. All credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.

We disclose our minimum as a base line and then we request an estimate in your booking contract. We collect your FINAL service numbers 100 days prior to your wedding date. At that time you will provide the exact services and client names.

The best!!!
I’m so glad Kayla was part of my wedding morning! She was in such great spirits the whole time and made getting ready with my bridal party even more fun. She gave me exactly the hairstyle I wanted, and every single person in my bridal party was obsessed with how their hair turned out. I’d recommend her in a heartbeat!

The best beauty team!
Kayla and her team did both hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and me on my wedding day. Kayla was extremely communicative and on top of everything from our very first discussions, through my trial, all the way until after my wedding day. She and her team treated us with complete kindness, listening to what each person wanted, making everyone feel comfortable to speak up, and creating an environment that was both relaxed and fun. They kept everything on schedule yet made everyone feel at ease. As the bride, I personally have never felt more beautiful and confident, and both my hair and makeup stayed perfect the entire day/night in the 90 degree Georgia heat! I couldn't recommend Kayla and her team more!

Highly recommend!
I couldn’t have asked for a better hair and makeup team for my wedding! I honestly had no idea what I wanted going into everything, but Kayla made the whole process so easy and stress-free! Having a trial beforehand helped so much and gave us a chance to get to know each other before the wedding. She did my hair and makeup for both my rehearsal dinner and wedding day, and I absolutely loved both looks! Her team also did an amazing job on all of my bridesmaids, and everyone looked so beautiful! They were all so sweet and made getting ready on my wedding day so much fun. I’m so happy I chose Kayla and her team and couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out! I would recommend them to any bride!

Kayla and her team were absolutely amazing! From every request we had, they exceeded our expectations. From my trial all the way through the wedding day, Kayla listened to every request and change I had and went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted. My bridal party had so many different hair and makeup styles and requests, and somehow Kayla and her team made every single person look absolutely gorgeous! Everyone felt beautiful and confident, which meant so much to me. Kayla was also quick to respond to messages and answered every little question I had without hesitation. She made the entire process feel so easy and stress-free. We all absolutely loved Kayla and her team, and I could not recommend them enough

Kayla Walters team is the best team!
I couldn’t recommend Kayla Walters and her team more! I wanted to look elevated on my wedding day while still looking and feeling like myself, and Kayla achieved exactly that. From our first communications, to my hair and makeup trial, and the wedding day itself, I felt completely taken care of every step of the way. Kayla truly knows her stuff, and I never once worried that I wouldn’t be happy with the final result. My bridesmaids also felt absolutely beautiful, and Kayla and her team were so kind, professional, and easy to work with. Everything stayed on schedule, which made the morning that much more enjoyable and stress-free. And as a bonus, my hair and makeup lasted ALL night long in the Georgia humidity! I’m so grateful to Kayla and her team for making us all feel our best on such a special day. I would recommend them to any bride without hesitation!
