We require a minimum of Bride + 5 each to receive hair & makeup for peak months or location more than 50 miles round trip for our collective. Our peak months are (MARCH, APRIL, MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER). If you do not meet our service minimum service count, we will happily serve you, however, the rate becomes a "base rate."

We are able to accommodate up to 20 people for both hair & makeup services. for more than 20 clients, please inquire about logistics and availability.

Please submit an inquiry located on our 'home" page. Once your inquiry has been received we will check for availability and provide you a custom proposal to complete as well as links to your contract & retainer. Together those secure your wedding date.

KWBC accepts accepts ACH (also known as electronic check) &CREDIT CARD. All credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.

We disclose our minimum as a base line and then we request an estimate in your booking contract. We collect your FINAL service numbers 100 days prior to your wedding date. At that time you will provide the exact services and client names.

The best bridal team ever!
Here’s a polished review you could post: I cannot recommend Kayla Walters enough! Camille and Abby were absolutely incredible on my wedding day. From the moment they arrived, they kept everything running smoothly and made sure we stayed right on schedule. They actually did such an amazing job that we finished early, which gave us extra time for more photos—a gift I didn’t realize I’d appreciate so much! Most importantly, they made me feel so beautiful and confident. My hair and makeup were exactly what I had envisioned, and they lasted all day and night. Camille and Abby are not only incredibly talented but also so kind, calming, and fun to be around. They made getting ready one of my favorite parts of the day. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and can’t recommend them enough to any future bride! Thank you both for making me feel my absolute best on such a special day.

Exactly what I wanted
Kayla and her team were incredibly kind and easy to work with. She listened to my slight tweaks from the bridal hair/MU trial I did and it came out perfect on the day of my wedding. She even brought a shimmer glitter spray for me because she knows I LOVE sparkles. Her team was calm on my wedding day, on time and on schedule, and they did a great job with a variety of makeup styles (full glam, natural, angelic/shimmery). They made all of us feel beautiful AND my hair and makeup stayed really well throughout the day even though it was 80 and I had a lot of happy tears.

So talented & so easy to work with!!
Kayla Walters was an absolute dream to work with for my wedding day. From the very beginning, she was professional, calming, and so incredibly talented. She truly listened to what I wanted and made me feel completely confident in her hands. On the wedding day, she created the most beautiful, timeless look that still felt like me — just elevated. My makeup photographed flawlessly, lasted all day and night, and held up through every happy tear and dance floor moment. I have never felt more beautiful. Beyond her talent, Kayla brought such a peaceful, positive energy to the getting-ready space. She made the entire morning feel fun and relaxed, which meant so much to me. Every single one of my girls looked stunning, and we all felt amazing. Choosing Kayla was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I cannot recommend her enough to any bride wanting to feel confident, radiant, and completely taken care of on their big day.

I found Kayla through social media while I was searching for a hair and makeup artist who had experience working with brides with makeup looks I wanted. Her content showcases so many beautiful and different brides and shares so much valuable information that I was even able to pass along to my bridal party to help everyone feel prepared and confident for the big day. Kayla was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process and made everything feel so easy and stress free. She was very flexible and understanding with my work schedule for the trial, and I truly appreciated that! My bridal trial was 100% worth it, and I would absolutely recommend doing one to any future bride. On the day of, I made a couple of very minor changes from my trial look and Kayla absolutely killed it. Every single person in my bridal party LOVED their hair and makeup and looked flawless. Everyone had the best time getting ready with Kayla and her team. I’ve had a couple of people ask who did my makeup and hair, and I immediately sent Kayla’s Instagram. Kayla and her team made my wedding day flawless, and I would only expect the same results for future brides that work with her.

They Made my Morning SO Easy!
The Kayla Walters Beauty Collective team was incredible. From the moment they arrived, they were calm, organized, and just so easy to be around. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my bridal party, not just about doing the services They listened to everything I wanted and made thoughtful suggestions without ever making me feel rushed or ignored. Even when the morning got busy, they stayed steady and supportive, which made the whole day feel way less stressful than I expected. I've been a bridesmaid before and chaos can happen so quick, but with this team there was none at all. Honestly, having them there was such a relief. You could tell they love what they do and care about the people they’re working with. Their talent, presence, and attention to detail made a huge difference, and I felt completely taken care of the entire morning.
