When I was old enough to pick up a photo album, I fell in love with photography. Not in the way that most people do…. I was obsessed with seeing the past and freezing it, and not with learning how to shoot a fancy camera and equipment. I did not have a real camera until I went to Photography School. All of my birthday and babysitting money was spent on disposable cameras and developing them at Walmart. You know girl paid extra for that one hour photo. I was and still am amazed that you can freeze time for generations to see. It’s more important to me than ever, now that I have two children to show our family history to.

I specialize in authentic storytelling. I'm a photographer of Classic Weddings, living in an old house, on a farm, with too many animals, a sarcastic husband and loud children. One day your grandchildren will ask to see photos from your wedding day. I want them to be able to look and feel the emotion of that day.
